Sara Augusta Dingler, 75 passed away Friday, Oct. 31, 1997. Mrs. Dingler was 
born April 10, 1922 in Polk County. She was a member of the Pine Bower Baptist 
Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Freeman Dingler. Survivors 
include: daughter, Rita Britt of Cedartown; brother Bruce Hackney of Cedartown; 
two grandchildren and a great grandchild. Funeral services were held Sunday, 
Nov. 2 at 2 p.m., in the Pine Bower Baptist Church, with Dr. Charles Garner 
officiating. Interment followed in Polk Memory Gardens. The Litesey Funeral 
Home had charge of the arrangements.
