Cedartown Standard, Cedartown, Ga, Wednesday, December 26, 1990
John Foster Oswalt, 74, Ten Oaks Road, Felton, died Thursday, December 20.  Mr. 
Oswalt was born May 17, 1916, in Haralson County.  He was a retired maintenance 
man of the Harpst Home of Cedartown and a U.S. Army Veteran of World War II.  
Surviving are his daughter, Mrs. Angela Joe Wells, Felton; two sons, Donald 
Oswalt and Gene Oswalt, both of Felton; one sister, Mrs. Corrie Taylor, Rome.  
Seven grandchildren also survive.  Funeral services were held Saturday, 
December 22, at 4 p.m. in the Bethlehem Baptist Church of Felton, with the Rev. 
Robert Vines and the Rev. G. B. Richards officiating.  Interment followed in 
the Bethlehem Baptist Cemetery.  The Gammage Funeral Home had charge of
