Cedartown Standard, August 8, 1918
Mr. Jas. Vincent, died Sunday at his home in Griffin, and his remains were 
brought here Monday and taken to Pleasant Hope for interment. His father, Mr. 
T. N. Vincent, who has been spending some time at his bedside, came home with 
them. The deceased is survived by his wife and five children; two sisters, Mrs. 
Addie Swisher of Apison, Ten., and Mrs. H. Z. Sheffield of Cedartown; and four 
brothers, Messrs, W. C., R. N., H. C. and O. C. Vincent, of Polk.
