Physicians, mother, father, relatives, friends and neighbors did all that could be done to restore her to health, but to no avail; and Monday night the tired little frame was relieved from pain and Hazel's sweet spirit wended its way to the God who gave her, for the brief space of ten months, to brighten her home. The funeral was held at the New Prospect Church Tuesday afternoon. The service was conducted by the pastor, Rev. K.C. Baker, of Cedartown. Interment took place in the local cemetery. The large number of people present and the many beautiful floral offerings attested the high esteem in which the family is held. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. H.H. White, and Mr. T.R. Ferguson, and her great maternal grandmother, Mrs. N.A. Nettles, and a wide circle of relatives including aunts, uncles, great aunts, great uncles and cousins as well as a number of great great aunts and uncles.
