The Cedartown Standard, Cedartown, GA, August 22, 2003
Harbert Franklin Patterson, 60, of Hammond Road, Statham, Ga., passed away 
Sunday, Aug. 17, 2003. A native of Polk County, he was the son of the late 
Howard and Jane Morgan Patterson and was preceded in death by daughter Melisa 
Starr Daniel. He was a Vietnam Veteran of the US Navy and worked in 
construction. Survivors include his wife, Peggy Sanders Patterson; three sons, 
Christopher Glenn Patterson of Watkinsville, Donald Franklin Patterson of Lulla 
and Timothy Wynn Patterson of Commerce and 9 grandchildren. Funeral services 
were held at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Lord & Stephens Funeral Home 
with the Rev. Kyle Barber officiating. Interment will be held in Athens Memory 
Gardens. Lord & Stephens Funeral Home, East, is in charge of the arrangements.
