Bert “Louise” Penney, 85, of 225 Philpot Street, Cedartown died Wednesday 
morning, January 1, 2003 in Cedartown. Memorial services for Mrs. Penney were 
held Sunday afternoon at 4 p.m. from the Parkview Chapel of Fred Talley’s 
Funeral Home with Minister David O’Connell officiating. Fred Talley’s Parkview 
Chapel Funeral Home had charge of the arrangements. (The Cedartown Standard,
