Stephens stephens2247@bellsouth.net January 1, 2007, 5:56 pm Cedartown Standard, Cedartown, GA, February 2004 Johnathon Lee Ricks, 14, of No. 9 Shobe Avenue, Brunswick, Maine, passed away Monday, Feb. 23, 2004 in Portland, Maine after a two-and-a-half-year battle with Leukemia. He was born July 17, 1989 in Putnam County, Fla. and was a student. His hobbies were fishing, sports and Nascar. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, W.L. and Christine Sprayberry and Oscar Cole. Survivors include: his parents, Suzette and Rob Lee of Brunswick, Maine; sister Amanda Ricks of Brunswick; brothers, Joshua Morin of Brunswick, Cody May and Jesse Lee, both of Palatka, Fla., and Jesse Wade of Jacksonville, Fla.; grandparents, Linda and Jesse Wade of Jacksonville, Fla., Danny Cole of Dallas, Ga., Linda and Jerry Farrior of Pensacola, Fla. and Robert and Wanda Lee of Pensacola, Fla.; great-grandparents, Elizabeth and Jim Read of Rockmart and Elizabeth and Gary Bowling of Pensacola, Fla.; and a number of aunts, uncles and other relatives. Funeral services were conducted Friday, Feb. 27 at 4 p.m. in the Chapel of the Freeman Harris Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Jordan officiating and Eulogy provided by James Carroll. Interment followed in the Rockmart Memorial Gardens. The Freeman Harris Funeral Home had charge of the arrangements.
