The Cedartown Standard, Cedartown, GA, July 15, 2003
H. P. Simpson, 82, of 1956 Old Cedartown Rd., passed away Thursday, July 4, 
2003 at his residence. He was preceded in death by his wife, Norma Sue James 
Simpson and his parents, Albert Simpson and Zella Beatrice McMillian Simpson. 
Survivors include children, Sandra Kay O’Neal, Larry Albert Simpson, Royce Lee 
Simpson, Zella Ellenna Fleming, James Robert Simpson, and Nina Sue Gowens; 15 
grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Graveside services were conducted 
Sunday, July 6 at 2 p.m. at Bethlehem Cemetery with the family officiating. 
Interment followed in Bethlehem Cemetery. The Gammage Funeral Home was in
