The Cedartown Standard, Cedartown, GA, April 10, 2003
Elizabeth Marion Truett, 84, of 24 Garrison Dr., Cartersville, passed away 
Tuesday, April 1, 2003. She was born April 12, 1918 in Cleburne County, Ala., 
and was a member of Etna Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her 
parents, Agac and Essie Morris Collins; husband, Robert Hamilton Truett; son, 
William Thomas Truett; and a brother, Morris Collins. Survivors include: sons, 
Wayne and William Floyd Truett; daughters, Shirley Vines, Betty Clark, Patsy 
Causey, Jean Nettles, Diane Brown, and Carolyn Wood; brother, Hubert Collins; 
sister, Mozelle Wright; 21 grandchildren, and a number of great-grandchildren 
and great great-grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted Thursday, April 
2 at 2 p.m. from the chapel of the Litesey Funeral Home with Rev. Charles Moore 
and Rev. Billy Thomas officiating. Interment followed in Greenwood Cemetery. 
Grandsons served as pallbearers. Lester C. Litesey Funeral Home was in charge
