Gloria Collier Wallace, 71, of 80 Cherokee Terrace, Cedartown, passed away 
Friday, Sept. 26, 2003. She was born May 19, 1932 in Polk County and was a 
member of Lake Creek Baptist Church. She was a nurse and social worker with the 
public school system. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Joseph 
and Annie Powell Collier, and a sister, Emily Collier Byrd. Survivors include 
husband, George Wallace; son, Steve Wallace; daughter, Becky Ferguson; 
brothers, Joe, Bobby, Jerry, David, and Terry Collier; sister, Bonnie Brown; 
and three grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted Sunday, Sept. 28, at 2 
p.m. in the chapel of the Lester C. Litesey Funeral Home with Rev. Darrell Webb 
and Rev. Charles Evans officiating. interment followed in Oak Grove Cemetery. 
Pallbearers were Michael Byrd, Allen Collier, Jeffery Collier, Mark Collier, 
Danny Shaw, and Scott Smith. Lester C. Litesey Funeral Home was in charge of
