The Cedartown Standard, Cedartown, GA, December 30, 2003
Harvey Lee Warren, 69, of 233 Carrollton St., Buchanan, passed away Thursday, 
Dec. 25. He was born in Haralson County on March 5, 1934. Mr. Warren was a 
veteran of the United States Air Force and was a retired produce manager in the 
retail grocery business. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Etta 
Smith Warren, and his brother, Kenneth Warren. Survivors include: daughter, 
Kontessa Blackwell, Rockmart; sons, Robert and Kevin Warren, Cedartown; sister, 
Hilda Warren, Bremen; and brother, Gene Warren, Buchanan. Seven grandchildren 
and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives survive as well. Funeral 
services were conducted Saturday, Dec. 27, at 3 p.m., from Hutcheson’s Memorial 
Chapel with Rev. Homer Hulsey officiating. Interment with military honors was 
held at Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery. Hutcheson’s Memorial Chapel of 
Buchanan was in charge of the arrangements. (The Cedartown Standard, Cedartown,
