The Cedartown Standard, Cedartown, GA, November 11, 2003
Gladys May Baxter Wootan, 89, passed away Nov. 5, 2003. She was a lifetime 
resident of Cedartown, and was born in Piedmont, Ala. Mrs. Wootan was preceded 
in death by her husband, William H. Baxter Sr. and parents, Dexter and Annie 
May Bramlett Wiggins. Survivors include: brother, Rev. Wallace Wiggins; and 
sister, Velma Walker. Funeral services were held Saturday, Nov. 8, at Polk 
Memory Gardens. Gammage Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements. (The
