The Cedartown Standard, Cedartown, GA, April 17, 2003
Laura Mae Coley Wright, 87, of Iowa Park, TX and formerly of Cedartown passed 
away Thursday, April 10, 2003. She was born Nov. 30, 1915 in Floyd County and 
was a member of the Church of God. She was preceded in death by her husband, 
Gordon Lee Wright; sons, Benny Wright and Billy Wright; her parents, George B. 
and Janie Coley; and a number of brothers. Survivors include sons, Bobby Wright 
of Iowa Park, TX and Tommy Wright of Dallas, TX; brother, Daniel Coley of 
Lindale; 4 grandchildren and a number of great-grandchildren, nieces and 
nephews. Graveside services were conducted Tuesday, April 15, at 2 p.m. in the 
Lindale Cemetery with Rev. Ralph Simmons officiating. Interment followed in the 
Lindale Cemetery. The Lester C. Litesey Funeral Home was in charge of the
