The deceased never served in any branch of the U. S. Armed Forces.
He had suffered from the cause of death (coronary thrombosis) for one day prior to
death. Additional 
conditions which contributed to his death was chronic hypertensive c. valv--- and
chronic obst lung 
disease. He had suffered from this conditions for seven years prior to his death. No
autopsy was 
performed.
Dr. Schmidt had attended the deceased from 1960 until 12/31/1974 (should have been
1973).

Additional Comments:
His name is listed incorrectly on the death certificate. His correct name is Albert
Archer Worsham. He 
was born in Bartow Co., GA, but lived in Cedartown, Polk Co., GA from about 1921
until his death.
His wife's name is Hattie Elizabeth Camp Worsham. She was born 9 Jan 1898 in Gordon
Co., GA. She 
was the daughter of George/John Camp & Martha Josephine Kemp.
