Will of Miss Elizabeth Booze

State of Georgia, Polk County

I Elizabeth Booze, being of sound and disposing mind, do hereby make my last 
will and testament.
Item I
I will, bequeath and advise all of my property of every kind to my sister, 
Kate Booze, for and during her natural life, she to have all the rents, issues 
and profits therefrom as long as she may live.
Item II
After the death of  my sister, Kate Booze, or at the termination of the life 
estate, it is my will and desire, and I so direct, that the remainder interest 
in all my property of every kind shall go to my sister Lillian Booze Evans, 
absolutely and in fee simple.
Item III
	I appoint my brother, Thomas H. Booze, as Executor of my will and he 
is expressly relieved from making any bond or report to any court and is only 
charged with the duty of probating my will.
	In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto signed my name in the presence 
of the undersigned witnesses on this the 6th day of November, 1935.
								
	Elizabeth L. Booz
 

Signed, sealed and published by Elizabeth Booz as her last will and testament 
in the presence of us, the undersigned witnesses, who have subscribed our 
names hereunto at her special instance and request and after we had witnessed 
the signing of the will by said testator.
Signed in the presence of the testator and in the presence of each other, this
the 6th day of November, 1935.
