Written: November 4, 1822

Pulaski County, Georgia.  Know by all these presents that we Duncan Ray, James
Branwell, Josiah Everitt, Furny F. Gatlin and Thomas Johnson on hold and firmly
bound unto their honor the Judges of the Court of Ordinary of said County in the
sum of sixty thousand dollars for which payment will and truly so be made we
bind  ourselves our heirs and executors and administrators jointly and severally
firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this 4th day November
1822.  Conditions to be void if the above bound Duncan Ray does well and truly
do and perform all and singular the duties of temporary administrator of the
estate of Allen Tooke late of said County deaceased and make just and true
return to the Court of Ordinary of said County of all his acounting and doings
thereon and take charge of and secure the same both real and personal and do
perform all other duties required of him by law otherwise to remain in full
force and virtue.
