NOTE: Deed found in Berrien County.  Kindred Partin died in Lauren County 20th April 1884.

HEIRS OF KINDRED PARTIN to 
A.J. & Mrs. Francis Thompson

Pulaski Co, Georgia

This indenture made this 5th day of October in the
year of our Lord One Thousand Eight hundred and
eighty sever between Enoch Parting of the county of
Thomas, S.J. Partin, K.B. Partin, Pleasant Partin of
the county of Pulaski, J.S. Partin of Laurens
County, George & Amelias Partin of ??  state of
Florida 

as heirs at law of Kindred Paertin deceased of the
one part and A.J. Thompson and Mrs. Francis Thompson
of the county of Pulaski, GA, of the other part.

Witnesseth that the said Heirs at law of the said
Kindred Partin deceased for and in consideration of
the sum of Four hundred dollars in hand paid in and
before the sealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
granted, bargained, sold and aliended convey and
confirmed and by these presents does grant bargain,
sell, alien convey all that tract or parcel of land
situated lying and being the the 9th District of
Berrien County known and distinguished in the plan
of said district as lot #141 number one hundred and
forty one and containing 490 acres more or less.

To have and to hold the said land with all and
singular the rights, members and appurtenances there
unto appertaining to the only proper use, benefit
and behoof of then the said A.J. Thompson and Mrs.
Francis Thompson their heirs, executors
administrators and assignas in fee simple, and the
said heirs at law of said deceased bargained land
unto the said A.J. Thompson and Mrs. Francis
Thompson their heirs, executors, administrators and
assigns against the said heris at law of said
deceased their heirs, and executors and
administrators against all and every other person or
persons shall and will warrant and forever defend by
virture of these presents.

In witness there of the said heirs at law of said
decedent have hereunto set thier hands and affixed
their seals and delivered these presents, the day
and year first above written.
