Hawkinsville Dispatch And News January 6, 1914
A New Firm.

Messrs. D. T. Mashburn, L. E. Polhill and J. C. Polhill have made application 
to be incorporated under the style and firm name of Marshburn-Polhill Company 
with a paid in capital stock of $15,000, with D. T. Mashburn president and 
manager and J. C. Polhill secretary and treasurer.  

The new company succeed Mashburn & Polhill.  It is their intention to do a 
general supply business.
