E. BROWN. Mr. C. E. Brown died at his home in this city last night at eleven o'clock from paralysis, with which disease he was stricken a few months ago. Mr. Brown was fifty-eight years old. He had been a resident of Hawkinsville for a number of years, coming here from Florida. He was a consistent member of the Methodist church in which he held the position of steward for some time. He was a good man, esteemed by all who knew him, and by his death the city loses one of its best citizens. Mr. Brown is survived by his wife and five children - Herbert Brown, of Marshallville, Wyatt Brown, of Locus Grove, Harry Brown of near Valdosta, Lawton and Edith Brown, and two step children, Charlie and Mabel Fitzgerald, of this city. The remains were carried to Perry this morning for interment, being accompanied by Mr. F. M. Bozeman and Rev. E. H.
