Carrell, 77, died today in a local hospital. Funeral services for Mr. Carrell, who was a farmer in the Blue Springs District, will be held at __ pm Wednesday at the Bluff Creek Methodist Church with burial in the adjoining cemetery. He was a member of the Blue Springs Baptist Church. Officiating minister will be the Rev. Cecil Becham of Hawkinsville. Survivors include three sons, Watson, Luther, and George Carrell, all of Hawkinsville; five daughters, Mrs. David Peavy of Macon, Mrs. Joseph D'Avi of Englewood, NJ, Mrs. H. C. Brown of Eastman Route 1, Mrs. Joe Smith of Fineyson, and Miss Lula Carrell of Hawkinsville; and one sister, Mrs. Lula McGhee of Quitman. Additional Comments: Caskin was born 18 Aug 1875 to Alman Y. (A. Y. ) Carroll and Mary Ann Unknown Carroll. His wife was Mattie "Mollie" Williams Carroll who is also buried at Bluff Creek Cemetery.
