Mrs. Lizzie Dykes, wife of Mr. Riley Dykes, and daughter of Mr. James M. 
Woods, died on Friday last after a protracted illness.  The burial took place 
at Antioch church.


Additional Comments:
Compiler Notes:  In the 1850 Census of Pulaski County., Georgia, she is shown 
as Elizabeth 2.  Their next neighbor is John K. Whaley family.  Elizabeth’s  
father was James Monroe Woods who was born 25 Nov 1820 in Crawford County., 
Georgia. He married on 28 October 1846 at Crawford County., Georgia, his wife 
was Sarah Elizabeth Hampton, she was born 14 Nov 1826 in Georgia.  I found no 
burial records on her parents. Also no obituary was found.  I found nothing on 
Riley Dykes.  Elizabeth Woods Dykes was born @ 1848 in Georgia and died on 9 
July 1886. (Friday last, using 1886 Calendar).
