Date Page 295 Vol 19, #42, Thursday, 15 Oct 1885 Obituary, Page 296 The burial of Mr. George W. Keen, who died at Houston Factory, Houston County, Ga., on 6th inst., took place at Antioch Church four miles south of Hawkinsville, Wednesday, October 7th. Mr. Keen was a former citizen of this county and a member of Antioch Church. He died from an attack of malarial fever, being sick only twenty-four hours. He left a widow and six children. Compiler Notes: He was born 13 Nov 1844 Pulaski County., Georgia and died 6 Oct 1885 at Houston Factory., Houston County., Georgia. No Church is located here, the Church moved to near the DuPree District of Pulaski County & as of this date (2012) has no cemetery. Additional Comments: Compiler Notes: His wife Hariett Indiana Taylor was born 23 Dec 1842 in Pulaski County., Georgia and died 8 July 1925 at Experiment, Spalding County., Georgia. She was buried at Oak Hill Cemetery., Spalding County., Georgia.
