Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Phillips, wife of James Alexander James Phillips of 
Pulaski County, died on 13 Feb. 1875.  She was born in Nash County, North 
Carolina, on 18 dec. 1832 and was married on 19 May 1852.  She had lived in 
Pulaski County since her marriage.  She is survived by her husband and four 
children.


Additional Comments:
Compiler Notes:  Note spelling should be Philips.  His correct name is John 
Alexander James Philips and is listed that way in the cemetery. She was buried 
next to her husband John Alexander James Philips who died 17 Feb 1887.  Both 
are buried in Sec: L., Philips Lot,  Orange Hill Cemetery, Hawkinsville, 
Pulaski County, Georgia.
