Additional Comments: A family tree list his name as: James Exum Phillips, born: 30 Dec 1788 in North Carolina and died 20 July 1870 at his home in Pulaski County, Georgia. He married Mary Polly Horn abt 1806 in North Carolina. He was listed as son of Exum Phillips.
