James Hinson  Will

Georgia, Pulaski County   Last Will of James Hinson 
                          Resident of said state and county


Item 1st   
I wish my executor as soon as possible after my death to pay
all my just debts and desire that the property embraced in the ???? ????
clause of this will be used by him for that purpose and if a sale of property 
is necessary I wish him to select from it that which can be best used for
that purpose. I empower him to sale the same publicly or privately as he may 
think best.

Item 2nd   
I give to my daughter Salie Smith and to my son John P Hinson and to my 
daughter Malinda White and to my daughter Edna Burch and to my daughter Nancy 
Mullis and to my son Eddisons'children I wish to have one share equal to my 
own children and to my son Johns' children I wish to have one share equal to 
my own children and to my granddaughter Mary Bush I wish to have an equal 
share with my son John and Eddisons' children.

Item 3rd   
All the property that my son J P Hinson may have of mine at the time of my 
death I wish to be his in fee simple.

Item 4th   
I wish my granddaughter Francis Jane Mullis to have an equal share
with my own children.

Item 5th   
I do hereby appoint my son John P Hinson and my friend John T Ard, Executors 
of this my Will. 

In testomony where of I have here to ?? my hand this 13th day of May 1887
Signed and published by James Hinson as his last Will and testament in our
presence as witnesses there to by his request. This 13th day of May 1887
