All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/ga/gafiles.htm ************************************************ File contributed for use in USGenWeb Archives by: Beth Collins collins@negia.net December 14, 2003, 8:36 pm Lot 235, 4th District, Baldwin County Written: December 9 1807 Recorded: June 2 1817 Putnam County, Deed Book F, pages 132 - 133 This Indenture made this ninth day of December one thousand Eight hundred And Seven between William Leverett & Samuel Pascal both of the County of Baldwin and State of Georgia Witnesseth, that for and in consideration of the sum of three hundred dollars now in hand paid to me by Samuel Pascal I have bargained sold and confirmed to the said Samuel Pascal a certain tract of land; and bounded as follows, to wit, beginning at a Pine Corner running North 45 West 45 to a Post oak thence to Pine running and joining Lot No 234 to a stake and Post oak adjoining Lot No. 206 thence to the beginning running and being bound by Lot No 236 the whole containing two hundred two and a half acres more or less being Lot Number two hundred and thirty five of the fourth Baldwin To have and to hold the said Lot and premises together with all and singular the appurtenances whereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining to the said Samuel Pascal and his heirs forever; and I the said William Leverett Junr for myself my heirs and will forever warrant and forever defend the above premises against myself my heirs or any other person or persons whatsoever to the said Samuel Pascal and his heirs & assigns forever Given under my hand and seal this ninth day of December one thousand Eight hundred and Seven.
