Morrow his heirs and assigns a certain tract or parcel of land containing four hundred and Seventy five acres more or less it being part of lot one hundred and thirty three part of lot one hundred thirty eight part of lot one hundred thirty Seven and the whole lot number one hundred thirty four all joining and in Baldwin County when surveyed now Putnam County it is to be understood that the Said Giles Tompkins is not held responsible or Stand bound for the right of one lot of land Containing two hundred two & one half acres number one hundred & thirty four against any judgement or execution obtained against Zachariah Cox his life time or against Zachariah Cox & Company beginning on a post oak corner near the middle of the line on the South West side of lot number one hundred and thirty three near a branch that runs out of said running up the branch a north Eastwardly course twenty two chains to an ash corner on the branch leaving the branch to Eastward of said line thence South easwardly Seven chain to two post oak sapling thence north Eastwardly fifteen chain & fifty links to a post corner on the Milledgeville road thence down Said road Southeastwardly thirteen chain & fifty links to a post corner on the road thence north East twenty eight chain to a corner on a Sweet gum Sapling thence South east fifty eight chain & fifty links to a chestnut corner on the line of the South east Side of lot No one hundred and thirty Seven thence South west Seventy three chain to a white oak corner thence north West Sixty Seven chain to the beginning for & in consideration of certain reason & causes the Said Tompkins does give & bequeath unto the Said John E Morrow his heirs & assigns forever all the above described lands In witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand & Seal the date above written Test Benjn.
