Vaughan all of Putnam County. For and in consideration of the sum of $6000 Dollars hath granted and conveyed all that tract of land containing 374 acres, formerly the property of A.C. Morrison and Cicila Ornick, bounded by Daniel W. Bowdain and Milledgeville Road on the South, by Robert Young and across the creek to the high water mark on the East side of Murder Creek with the privilege of building machineries , dams or bridges on the opposite of Murder Creek from the mill included aforesaid and also adjoining lands of Matthew Farley. Also the right to cut and the privilege of hauling through the lands .Also ½ interest the said William Farrar has in the said saw & grist mill on the premises , being ½ of everything Witnesses: William Farrar Winguit _.
