Indenture between John Head of Putnam and Benjamin Mosely of Putnam 
24 January 1820 land in 14th District of Baldwin, now Putnam, one-half of 
number 238 whereon John Head now lives adjacent Lemuel B. Skaggs and 
Thos. Welboram, land 92 acres more or less.

Nancy Head, wife of the within named John Head, did appear this day 
renounced  released and forever relinquished unto Ben. Mosely, etc., her 
interest, etc.  She was the wife of John Head.
