Murder Creek-Miller’s House

1834, January 8---Know all men by these presents that we MERIDA KENDRICK and 
ALLEN LAWRENCE  unto ROBERT YOUNG  for the sum of $400 Dollars in full payment 
for a certain lot or parcel of land situate on Murder Creek containing 80 acres 
commencing in the center of the creek at MATHIS and M.KINDRICK corner running 
West on the dividing line between T.P and JOHN B. HARRIS to MONKS fence now 
MORRISON to a corner running thence North along that line fence to the road 
leading from Milledgeville to Monticello against WRIGHTS gate the center of the 
road is the line , thence to opposite the Millers House thence running straight 
to the center of the creek against the mouth of the race so as to miss the 
millers house to
C. MULLENS corner of Mill Lot, the center of the creek is the line up to the 
beginning corner.
	Together with all and singular the rights and privileges to said land 
and premises except granting mill privileges of the water power furnished wood 
to the miller and timber to repair mill while on the premises.
