Bride of said county & state of the one part. Witnesseth That I, the said Lincecum, for and in consideration of the sum of six hundred and seventy five dollars to me in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have this day bargained sold and delivered and by these presents do bargain sell and deliver unto the said Mc. Bride a certain tract or parcel of land in the third district of originally Baldwin, now Putnam county containing ninety one & one fourth acres more or less the same being part of Lot No. 117 in the said district and included within the following boundaries: viz, Beginning at an original Hickory corner adjoining Irby Hudson’s land and running N 45 o W thirty one chains to a hickory, thence N 62 2/3 o E forty nine chains and thirty links to a Flint Rock thence S 45 o E four chains to a stake thence S 45 o W ten chains thence S 45o E ten chains to a pine on the original line and thence to the beginning Hickory together with the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining. To have and to hold the above tract or parcel of land to him the said Mc. Bride his heirs and assigns forever in fee simple. And I, the said Lincecum for myself and my heirs &C do hereby promise to warrant and defend the above lands and premises against the claim or claims of every person or persons whatever to him the said Mc.
