Georgia	This Indenture made this Seventeenth day of January One Thousand eight 
hundred & eleven between Hezekiah Lincecum of the county of Putnam and state 
aforesaid of the one part & Henry Dance of the other part of the same state & 
county. Witnesseth that the said Hezekiah Lincecum for and in consideration of 
the sum of one hundred dollars in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby 
acknowledged hath bargained sold conveyed released & confirmed unto the said 
Henry Dance a lot or parcel of land containing ten acres being a part of lot 
lot No. 117 formerly Baldwin County now Putnam cornering with the Eatonton 
tract of land and running on Tripps line and Pikes so for as will make  ten 
acres of land in a square to to have and to hold the said lot or parcel of land 
together with all & singularly the rights members and appurtenances thereunto 
belonging to him the said Henry Dance his heirs and assigns forever in fee 
simple : and the said Hezekiah Lincecum do warrant & defend forever the right & 
proper title of in & to the said lot or parcel of land against the claim or 
claims of every other person or persons whatsoever . In witness whereof I have 
hereunto set my hand & seal the day & year above written
