Murder Creek - Lot 126

1819, January 4 --- This Indenture made and concluded between Daniel Morrison 
unto Benjamin Gilpin.  For and in consideration of the sum of $20 dollars hath 
given, granted, bargained, sold and by these presents doth grant, bargain, sell 
and convey part of lot number 126 lying on the East side of Murder Creek, 
adjoining Lot No.131, to wit, 4 acres more or less, swamp land.
