For and in consideration of the sum of $60 Dollars hath this day bargained , sold and conveyed all that parcel of land containing 12 acres, being part of a lot drawn by Townwell known by the Harvey tract, lying in the Northeast corner of said lot bounded by said Waller that he purchased of Green Jordan thence along the line of said lot that separates it from Keith H. Ingram and till it strikes Little River above the shoals known by the Harvey Shoals on said river, thence down the middle of said Little River the dividing line between Baldwin and Putnam Counties till it strikes the said Handy Waller.
