Fuller County- Meriwether Amount-5.00 Date of Warrant- April 31 1889 Entered on record- April 31 1889 W.H.H.Fuller While ingaged in militery services, at the battle of Winchester in the State of Virginia, on the 19th day of Sept 1863, he was wounded as followed: Gun shot round in right hand, causing the amputation of forefinger at hand, nearly totally disabling right hand on account of stiffness of the fingers. In the 1897 Application of allowange, is listed the cause of injury. Gun shot wound reveived in right hand fracturing bones , cutting leading and Muscales to such extent as to render said hand substantially and essentinally useless.
