Pinkerton died at her home in Putnam county Ga. on October 23rd, 1907 and the funeral services were conducted by Rev. A.M. Marshall from Concord church. She is survived by her husband and seven children. As a wife and a parent she was especially unselfish and affectionate. As a neighbor she stretched out her hands to the poor. As a Christian her influence sheds its sweet perfume and it may be said' she done what she could'. But best of all was that triumphant departure for as she brushed the dews of Jordan’s stream she exclaimed 'I am going home, sweet home.’ She has finished the course, kept the faith and all is well. We will miss her at home. But it was God's will that she go. For a short time my mother farewell. Daughter Additional Comments: Mrs. H.R.
