Adams Putnam County Georgia, after mature deliberation do hereby make this my last will. I direct that all my property both real and personal be converted into money as soon as it can be done without injury [?] to my estate and that all just claims against me be paid without delay. The remainder atter the payment of my debts I direct shall be equally divided into two portions, one of which portions I hereby give to my wife, for her own benefit to use and dispose of as she desires best. The other portion I hereby give to my son William Banjamin Adams, and direct that the same shall be (invested ?) in [illegible] [illegible] Stock for his benefit. I hereby appoint Benjamin Blake Adams and [illegible] (H ?) De Jarnette as Executors of this my last will and I hereby appoint the same Benjamin Blake Adams and (Nathan ?) (H ?) De Jarnette as trustees for my son William Benjamin Adams. I further direct that should Benjamin B. Adams & (Nathan ?) (H ?) De Jarnette die or be otherwise incapacitated from acting as trustees before my son reaches the age of twenty on years, that they appoint and are hereby empowered to appoint, their sucessor as trustee.
