I do hereby nominate autherise and appoint my beloved wife Rebeca Avrea and John Avrea to be the Executors of my last will and testament and Intrusting all worldly affairs which it has been please god to bless me with that is to say after all my lawfull debts are paid. Item 1st I give to my two grand children Polly Skaggs and Wm Skaggs one dollar Each with what their mother has Received heretofore and what to binfeld? of their part Item 2nd I give may daughter Elizabeth what she has Received heretofore Item 3rd I give daughter Jenny Kinman what she has Received heretofore Item 4th I give my son Bradley what he has Rec'd heretofore Item 5th I give and bequeath to my daughter Nancy Avrea one Negro boy named Jack one hundred dollars in cash one cow & calf and one bed and furniture Item 6th I give and bequeath to daughter Permulia one cow & cald one bed and furniture and also one Negro Musican named Murrey at the death of my beloved wife Item 7th I give and bequeath to my daughter Eady one Negro boy named Horten? one cow and calf and one bed and furniture Item 8th I give and bequeath to my daughter Cinthia one Negro boy named Melton one cow and calf one bed and furniture Item 9th I give and bequeath to my daughter Sally one negro girl named Harriet one cow and calf one bed and furniture Item 10 I give and bequeath to my beloved wife land whereon I now live and all the remainder of my property during her life and at her death all to be sold and then John Avrea Bradley Avrea and Thomas Kinman to Receive from this sale one hundred and fifty dollars Each then the remainder to be equally divided between all my Surviving Children September 10th 1823} his Signed in presence of} Arthur X Avrea {Seal} Ingram Avrea} mark Rich'd Avrea} Wm Avrea} Putnam Inf Court Setting for ordinary Purposes Monday 18th Oct 1824 The will of Arthur Avrea dec'd was processed in open court by John Avrea one of the Executors therein named and proven by the oaths of Ingram Avrea Rich'd Avrea & Wm Avrea sub___? being Witnesses to the Same and by this Court ordered to be recorded Recorded 13 Dec 1824 Thos B.
