The condition of the above obligation & James Huddleston adm' of the goods chattles & credits of Thomas Eqing Dec'd do make a true & perfect inventory of all & singular the good chattles & credits of the ______ which have or shall come to the hands possession or/En of the said Admrs or into with hands or possession of any other person or persons for them and the same to be made do Exhibited into the Court of Ordinary when they Shall be hereunto required to Such goods chattles & credits do will & truly administrator according to Law & to make a just & true account of their actions & doings now in when requested by the Superior Court or Court of Ordinary for the County & all the rest of the goods chattles & credits which Shall be found & among upon the account of the Said Adminsitration. In Same being allowed by the Courts or Either of them shall deliver & pay to Such person respectively or an entitled to the Same by Law and if it Shall hereafter appear that any last will & testament was made by the Said Dec'd & the Same be proved before the Court & the Exer obtain a certificate of the probate thereof & the Said admr do in Such case if required under & deliver up Said case if required under & deliver up Said letters of administration then this obligation to be void Else to remain in full force.
