Huddleston and her children on bed & bedding and the Sum of one thousand dollars in Rail Road Stock the dividens of which I will to go towards the Support herself and children and I do hereby appoint Simon A. Brown of the County of Morgan and James Wright of the County of Putnam trustees for the Same 2nd I will that in case my friend nonsier Ralph Jones should be living with me or on my plantation at the time of my death he Shall have one carriage prize mule one Cow and Calf and one bed and bedding 3d I will that the balance of my beds and bedclothes Shall be equally divided between my three Children Sarah A. Pearson Lucy A. E. Y. Brown and Artemesia Wright also my household and Kitchen furniture provided they can divide them equally without a Sale 4th I give to my daughter Lucy Brown my gold watch to be hers to will at her death and an amount equal in value to the watch shall be given to my other Children in its stead 5th I desire that the Sum of four hundred dollars be Set apart out of my estate for the purpose of putting a Tomb and railing around my last remains in manner and State as my children may let 6th I desire that a certain body of land adjoining this land of Carlous Ranney and ask ___ and which I bought of James Wright be returned to him, Wright, at a fair valuation and Such valuation to be affixed by my Executor if they can agree but in case they do not agree then they Shall Call in three or more disinterested persons to decide upon its value but it is not intended by this Special request that James Wright Shall have this over and more than equal distribution with my other two children 7th I will that a certain body of land containing ninety acres more or less and adjoining the lands of Kilpatrick Robands & others be Set apart for the use of Sarah A. Pearson and her five youngest children to-wit Joseph James Samuel William and Walter Pearson and for these children Support and use and I do appoint James Wright and Simon A. Brown trustees for the Same I furthermore will that this land Shall not be subject to any debts of Sarah A. Pearson or former husband or any husband hereafter 8th I desire that my daughter Lucy A. E. T. Brown Shall have an equal share in my estate with my other two children She having a part equal in value and they making any difference in values of lands equal in final division 9th I will that all the rest and residues of my estate be Sold and the net be invested in Rail Road Stock by my Executors and the Stock so invested equally divided between my three children as follows That part going to Sarah Ann Pearson Shall be put in the hands of Simon N. Brown and James Wrigt whom I hereby appoint trustor for the Same for the use of Sarah Ann Pearson and her five youngest Children above named and for their education & support but it is not intended that they Share in/and the principal but only the interest or dividends from Such Stock 10th The remaining two thirds I will to James Wright for the uses of Artemesia Wright and children and Simon A. Brown for the uses of A. E. L. Brown and her children 11th I will that at my death whatsoever remaining money I may have on hand Shall be equally divided between my three children that part going to my daughter Sarah A. Pearson Shall be for her exclusive use and her five youngest children above mentioned 12th I will that in case any one or more of my children Shall be dissatisfied with the distribution I have made of my estate then in that case they Shall be entirely disbanded from any part of lot in it 13th I do hereby appoint Simon A. Brown of the County of Morgan and James Wright of the County of Putnam to Execute this my Last Will and Testament. In testimony whereof I have hereto Set my hand this 29th day of October one thousand eight hundred and Sixty Six Sarah Head Signed and published by Sarah Head as her last will and testament in our presence as witnesses thereto by her request written on four Sheets of papers this 29th October 1866 A. Kilpatrick cane before me and being duly sworn Say that they each Saw Mrs. Sarah Head Sign the within instrument and that She at the Same time declared it to be her last will and testament and requested witness to attest it as Such and that witness did attest the Same in the presence of Said Sarah Head and in the presence of each other Sworn to and Signed before me this 2d day of September 1867 D. Rudd Ordinary of Said County do hereby certify that the foregoing is a true copy of the last will of Sarah Head duly proven before me in Solemn form September 1867 at a regular term of the Court of Ordinary; that Simon A. brown and James Wright named therein as executors duly qualified before me at Said term and to vest them with full authority to execute Said Will, I have duly issued to them the written testaminotary annexed to Said copy of Will In testimony whereof I the Said ordinary have hereto Set my hand and Seal of Office 2d day of September 1867 D.
