     Wife Mary Jane All income that may derive from interest I have in Masonic 
Life Ins Co
     dtr. Susan M, and Irvilla H  $800 each
     son John T $800
     dtr. Catherine A wife of R W Hicks $600
           Ex's to sell at public outcry all property real & person and divide 
the proceeds equally between my children and grandchildren, subject to the 
following conditions. I am security for William W. Huff for $1000 with 
interest  now in the event my estate should have to said debt I would be 
treating my other children  unfairly to give his children that he had by my 
deceased daughter Mary Elizabeth anything but said Wm. W. Huff pay off the full 
debt principal and interest, then my grandchildren, the children of my deceased 
daughter Mary Elizabeth, shall  receive an equal share of my estate, that is 
the part their mother would  have been entitled to, if living. I will in  trust 
to my son James R. McMichael all the money that my daughter Cynthia A. Jolly 
may be entitled to for the  benefit of her and her children. Her husband John 
R. Jolly to have no control over its management.

for the  widow & family of John McMichael decd, have this day met & agreed to 
the following amount for her  Maintainance during the present year 1874 being
