I Richard CONINE of the state and county aforesaid, (Putnam County Georgia) considering the uncertainty of life and being of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament in a manner and form as follows. 1. Orders all property to be sold 2. All debts be paid 3. Sale of Negro property 4. To wife Martha, five dollars 5. To daughter Mary BATCHELOR, Negro girl named Betty or Bitty 6. To son Henry CONINE, five dollars 7. To son George Wesley CONINE, five dollars 8. To son William CONINE, five dollars 9. Remaining estate be equally divided between all my other children, Richard, Britain, Ann, Matilda, Martha, Robert, Joseph, and Susan CONINE. I do hereby constitute and appoint my worthy friend Kinchen LITTLE and Joseph JOHNSTON executors of my last will and testament, 9 Sept. 1837.
