I also give her my best horse with the saddle and bridle her carriage and with bidbidotid and furniture & two of my best- cows & calves ten head of hogs and one half of my house hold and Kitchen furniture to do what she pleases with the same Negroes and all. I also give my beloved wife during her life for her and my children that is not married to support upon During her life and for the support of the above children until they marry or quit the Plantation. The plantation I am now living on with part of the tract of land I bought from Alexander McDonald who lays on this???/ Side of the creek Say twenty or thirty acres. With one fourth part of my plantation Tools gear & and provisions to last her and then one year. Item 2nd I give my daughter Leathy B. Lawson. Some time back one negro boy named Narud Jv. And other property I now give my daughter Leathy B. Lawson’s children the tract of land whereon David Lawson and family is living on together with every thing belonging to Said plantation unto the Said children there hearis H. But is not to have possession of the Said land not to receive any benefit that may arise of the said Land so long as their mother Leathy B. Lawson thinks proper to keep in possession the said land or plantation but when ever my daughter Leathy B. Lawson thinks proper to give up her claims to the above Land my Executors will sell this land thru sales and divide the money between her children. It is also my will that if there should be any thing more after making an Equal division agreeable to this will of the balance of my property to be divided. My daughter Leathy B. Lawson is not to have any moore of said estate in her own Rite but she may during her life or as long as she thinks proper to keep the same in possesion but is at liberty to give up the Land and other property or money to her children should there be any I allow my daughter Leathy B. Lawson’s children to an equal share in place of their mother. But each of my other children Except John Rees must Receive three hundred dollars apiece before my daughter Leathy’s children can claim any part of my property even In their mother’s name bucks what is given each children this will. Item 3rd I give my daughter Amelia Porter some time back one Negro boy named Frank and other property. I now give one negro girl named Abbs. Item 4th I give my daughter Betsy Hudson some time back one Negro boy named head and Ninety five dollars to pay for Land at hopcadtell and other property. I now give a negro girl named Sarah.
