Princified and first of all I give and Recommend my soul into the hands of God who gave it my body. I recommend to its original dust to be buried in a christian like manner at the discretion of my Relations and Friends and as to what Earthly things that god has pleased to bless me with I give and dispose of in the manner and -------- following. It is my will that my Executors sell all the Estate that I die possessed of Including Houses, lands, goods and moveables to the best bidder on a credit of --------- monthly and the money arising from the same to be equally divided amongst my (Three?) living children after all my just debts are paid. Reserving out of my said Estate give? or sufficient to give my youngest son Elihu three years schooling, board and clothing until he becomes Seventeen years old if he should continue in life until that period, and my daughter Mary Ann which has been afflicted with fits I will that my Executors take particular care to have her boarded and decently clothed and treated humanly at some Respectful House if they should not wish to do it themselves, until she becomes of lawful age or marries and if she lives to that period and is still afflicted in such manner as to impair her understanding that my Executors act as Guardians for her and then should ___ part of my estate not sufficient to support her in that condition then it is further my will that my Executors retain funds from my Estate sufficient for the same. It is my will that my Executors also retain funds from my Estate to school my daughter Martha one year and boarding and clothing ------ year from this date should she continue in life until that period. It is further my will and desire if any of my children die without lawful issue there is that care all the Estate that I give or lend to them shall revert back to my s-------- legatees. It is further my will that my Executors pay or settle with my Legatees as they become of age or marrys and I hereby constitute and appoint my beloved son Lewis Stephens and my beloved brother Benjamin Stephens Sole Executors to this my last will and testament, revoking all others made or said to be made by me. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affix my seal this Fifth day of November in the year of our lord One Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-four.
