     The Hogan family cemetery came into existence on the 
James Franklin Hogan farm in 1880.  A chain link fence has 
been placed around the cemetery and it is still in use by 
the family.  shown in the complete cemetery listing are 19 
marked graves and 3 unmarked graves.  This listing was 
given to me by Mr. & Mrs. G. M. Phillips.  It can be seen 
from the road and is in very good condition, having been 
cared for through the years by family members.  It is about 
8 miles north, off the Lumpkin Highway.
