This book is entitled "Official Bonds, 1849 - 66, Rabun County" and
is located in the Probate Judge's office at the courthouse in
Clayton, Rabun Co., GA. What follows is an index of estate records
extracted from this book, which also mentioned guardianship records,
poor school taxes, general taxes, correspondence, and court cases.
The name of the testator (deceased) is on the left with the pages
numbers on the right. This is really a cross index of sorts because
I have also referenced in guardianship cases if the parent was named
as being deceased. See the guardianship index for more information.
Pages 103 and 104 were not numbered in this book, but were assigned
those numbers based on the logical progression of the pages.
