SARAH E. ENGLISH PHILYAW GUARDIAN APPOINTMENT

BOOK 4, COURT MINUTES, RABUN CO., GA; PP 23.

To whom it conerns-

Whereas, application has been made in proper form for the appointmen
of a guardian for the person and property of Hester Rosie Lee Philyaw
and Dura Felise Philyaw, minors residing in said county, children of
Sarah E. Philyaw, deceased, and V. C. Philyaw has been, by order duly 
passed, appointed guardian, and has given the bond required and 
qualified as such.
Now, know yet, that the said V. C. Philyaw is, by these presents,
authorized, empowered and directed to receive, collect and take charge
of the estate, both, real and personal, of said Hester Rosie Lee Philyaw
and Dura Felise Philyaw, and to do all other things which are required
of him by law as guardian of said minors, with all the authority and
powers in such cases.
