Deed Book F, pp. 439-441, Rabun Co., GA Georgia, Rabun County This indenture made January the [seventh] in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and sixty three between Agnes Carver Martin Carver Pinkney Woodall Thomas P. Carver Pleasant Evans and John Evans heirs of Thomas Carver deceased of the county and state aforesaid of the one part and Abraham B. Carver of the other part Witnesseth that for the said heirs of Thoams Carver deceased for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars to them in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge hath granted barganed sold and conveyed and doth by these presents grant bargin sell and convey unto the said Abraham B. Carver his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the county aforesaid on the Warwoman Creek in the third district of said county containing one hundred and seventy five acres more or less being parts of lots number twenty two and part of number twenty three in the third district being on the east side of the road leading to Mockerson running on said road to a conditional line between said Thomas Carver deceased and Ed. T. Sloan there along said conditional line across to a chesnut corner thence to a conditional line made between William Carver and Thomas Carver including part of lot number twenty three thens running south including one hundred and twenty five acres of lot no. twenty three thens to the original corner of number twenty two running west the original line to the road and corner on a pine to have and to hold said tract or parcel of land unto him the said Abraham B. Carver his heirs and assignes together with all and singular the rightes members and appertainence there of to the same in any name belonging to his heirs own [poper] use benefit and behoof forever in fee simple and the said heirs of Thomas Carver deceased for themselves there heirs executors and administrator the said bargin [pemise] unto the same Abraham B.
