This indenture made this the 8th June 1830 Eighteen hundred and thirty
two between William Quinn, Snr. Of the county of Lincoln and state
aforesaid of the one part and Abner Willborn of the county first
mentioned and state aforesaid of the other part witnesseth that the
said William Quinn Snr. For and in consideration of the sum of twenty
five dollars to him the said William in hand paid the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have granted and bargained sold released and
confirmed and unto him the said Abner his heirs or assigns all that
tract or parcel of land lying and being in the county of Rabun second
district known and distinguished in the plan of said district number
one hundred and forty two (deeded to the said William on the 10th day
of April Eighteen hundred and thirty) together with all the rights
members and appurtenances thereunto belonging to have and to hold the
said tract of land and premises and the said William will warrant and
forever defend to the said Abner Willborn his heirs etc. against the
claim of himself his heirs and all other persons whatsoever in witness
whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this day and date above
written
