Mrs. Julia Taylor

Mrs. Julia Price Taylor, 89, of Tiger, died Monday night in Rabun County
Hospital after an illness of several months.

A native of Rabun County, she was a member of Tiger Baptist Church. For 25 years
she was postmaster of the Tiger Post Office, and was active in community and
church activities.

Surviving are a son, Dr. E.R. Taylor of Clayont; a daughter, Mrs. Harris N.
Little of Carnesville; three grandchildren, Ralph Taylor, Elberton, Mrs. Woodrow
Reed, Franklin, NC, and Bill Little of Carnesville; one sister, Mrs. W.T. Clary
of Huntington Beach, Calif.

Funeral services were conducted at 3:00 pm from Tiger Baptist Church by the Rev.
J.E. Dillard and the Rev. Joe Straner. Burial was in Tiger Cemetery.

Pallbearers: Ralph Taylor, Bill Little, Woodrow Reed, Doug Dinson, Alman Blair,
and Woodrow Blalock.

R.E. Cannon Funeral Home was in charge.
